When: July 15th to July 19th (5 days, 4 nights) - 2018
Where: St. Andrew's School, Middletown, DE. (2,200 acre campus)
Seats: We are only hosting 150 campers this summer on first come - first serve basis.

Cost: $595 ($100 non-refundable deposit to hold a spot in camp)

Over 20 staff members including many current Division I collegiate runners will help guide the campers each day.

What you can expect as a camper
The goal of this unique camp is to educate young runners from grades 7 through 12 in the fundamentals of cross-country training and racing. Our camp offers expert coaching and instruction from middle school, high school, and college coaches as well as accomplished collegiate runners. During your 5 days at camp, you will participate in run training, strength training, pool training, relaxing, laughing, meeting some of the great runners of our time, sharing meals in family style, and discussing what makes a champion runner and what it will take to reach your potential. Everyone on our staff has been in your shoes. We look forward to helping you be your best. This camp has some of the finest coaches in the United States as well as some of the finest collegiate runners in the nation.
What you can expect as a Parent
As parents you are always searching for special and unique opportunities to help your son or daughter reach their TRUE potential. We have vowed to make this an experience of a lifetime. We have been working for years to develop our model and our presentations for our first-year campers and can make you a guarantee that this camp offers much more than just drills, training, guest speakers, & movies. This camp will spend significant time demonstrating and discussing what really makes a champion runner and how your son or daughter will leave with greater confidence in themselves and more focused on going after their goals. As parents, you know as well as we do that taking the steps to be a successful person in anything MUST come by being motivated from within.
Who are we?
For several years we have been developing a program to share our knowledge in a camp format based on many years of successful involvement with the sports of Cross Country and Track & Field. A unique summer camp experience is a lot of work and we have committed ourselves to preparing an unbelievable 5 days and 4 nights. Some Camp Highlights
There will be meaningful discussion and instruction on current running issues including exercise physiology, demonstrations on water running, plyometrics, strength training for the runner, ways to stay healthy at higher mileage, establishing goals and building confidence, visualizing success, racing tactics, training shoe and racing spike selection, training techniques, the role of good nutrition in elite running performance, and training and racing from the heart.
Young boys and girls who attend this camp will leave inspired to go after their dreams!

Campers will stay in the St. Andrew's School dormitories that have nice-sized rooms that will ensure a safe night sleep.
Campers will enjoy all-you-can-eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by St. Andrew's chefs and dining service staff.
Water running workout routines and recreation time will be spent in the pool on the St. Andrew's Campus.
We will utilize this new state-of-the-art weight room facility to teach drills and strength routines that can give a runner a huge advantage.
